Go All In Training
Rodeo Athlete Training Program
Faith-based mindset and performance training program designed to help rodeo athletes build confidence, consistency, and overcome obstacles—inside and outside of the arena.
You’re putting in the work—but battling:
Nerves before competition
Inconsistent results
Pressure to perform
Confidence that seems to rise and fall with the outcomes
Your mindset
If this feels familiar, it’s not because you lack talent.
It’s because most athletes are never taught how to train what’s happening on the inside.
Imagine if…
Your performance became consistent—because your mindset finally was.
Your confidence came from who you were created to be—not how you perform.
You could compete free from the pressure to prove yourself or measure up.
You actually knew how to control your thoughts instead of reacting to them.
Pre-competition nerves no longer controlled you—but prepared you.
What is Go All In Training?
The Go All In Training program is a structured 12-week rodeo athlete training program that develops the whole athlete—spiritually, mentally, and physically.
I teach each athlete:
Faith-based spiritual training
Proven mindset and performance tools
Practical performance strategies for competition
So athletes can compete with confidence.

Weeks 10-12
Perform with Confidence:
Confidence isn’t a feeling—it’s a belief. This phase is about learning to trust your training and competing from it.
Let go of fear, pressure, overthinking and nerves
Learn to compete with conviction
Perform freely and trust the process
How this program can change everything.
Most athletes focus on training their body—but struggle because their mindset isn’t trained the same way.
They ride the highs and lows of performance.
They feel confident one day, unsure the next.
They put in the work—but don’t always see it show up when it matters most.
This program changes that.
Instead of reacting to pressure, doubt, and fear—you learn how to respond with intention.
Instead of building confidence on results—you build it on a foundation that doesn’t move.
Instead of hoping things click—you train your mind so they do.
This is where everything starts to shift.
You begin to show up with consistency.
You compete with clarity instead of confusion.
You stop trying to prove yourself—and start playing free.
And as your mindset changes, your performance follows.
Not because you became someone different—
but because you finally started operating from who you were created to be.

Meet Your Coach
Hey, I’m Tana!
Child of God, WPRA World Champion, lifelong rodeo athlete, and performance coach with a passion for helping athletes grow from the inside out.
After competing and experiencing success at every level—from junior rodeos to the professional stage—I learned something that changed everything: success in the arena is built long before you ever nod your head. It’s built on what you believe, how you think, and where your confidence is rooted.
Throughout my career, I experienced the pressure, setbacks, self-doubt, and mental battles that every athlete faces. And it was through those seasons that God showed me the importance of building a strong foundation—one rooted in faith, discipline, and purpose. That foundation is what allowed me to compete with confidence, stay consistent through the highs and lows, and trust the process even when results didn’t come immediately.
What started as mentoring a few athletes has grown into a calling to coach rodeo athletes in a way that develops the whole athlete—spiritually, mentally, and physically. Every lesson, tool, and framework inside my programs comes from personal experience, proven performance principles, and a deep belief that your identity is not defined by wins and losses.
My mission is simple: to help rodeo athletes compete with confidence, clarity, and purpose—inside and outside of the arena. If you’re ready to strengthen your foundation, elevate your mindset, and Go All In on what God has placed in your heart, you’re in the right place.
Let’s Elevate Your Game.
